Returns and Complaints

1. Withdrawal from the Contract

If: A) you are a consumer or B) you are a natural person, and the contract you concluded with us after December 31, 2020 is directly related to your business activity, but does not have a professional character for you

– as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract.

You may withdraw from the contract by submitting to us a statement of withdrawal from the contract, e.g., via email sent to: contact@boldandpanche.com

Return the item to us immediately to the address: NATALIA MALARSKA la folie studio projektowe, ul. filtrowa, 01-685 Warsaw, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:

for a contract in which we deliver goods, being obliged to transfer their ownership – from the time you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract that includes multiple items that are delivered separately, in batches, or in parts – from taking possession of the last item, batch, or part by you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.

We will refund the payments made by you, including the costs of delivering the goods on the terms specified in the regulations, immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your statement of withdrawal from the contract.

We may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Please remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to you, among others, in relation to a contract:

in which the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item, produced according to your specifications or serving to meet your individualized needs;
in which the subject of performance is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life;
in which the subject of performance is an item delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery;
in which the subject of performance is sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging was opened after delivery.

2. Complaints

If goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint based on warranty. It is best to submit a complaint to the email address: contact@boldandpanche.com or by post to the address: la folie studio projektowe, ul. filtrowa, 01-685 Warsaw.

In connection with a defect, you may demand:

replacement of the item with one free from defects,
removal of the defect,

or make a statement about:

withdrawal from the contract – in the case of a material defect.

We are liable to you for defects found before the expiration of two years from the date of delivery of the goods – on the terms specified in the Civil Code.

Your complaint will be reviewed (responded to) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint notification.
